When should I start looking?

We find the earlier the better as you will have more choice.  Generally we start to re-let the properties as early as October for the following academic year.  As I said earlier, first come first served.  Once you have secured your tenancy you do have the option to retain the property for the next academic year should you wish? The best properties always go first so don’t delay!

How do I Book?

Once you have made your decision the process is very simple.  A tenancy appointment will be made for you to come into the office to have the tenancy explained by a member of staff and to sign the tenancy.

What fees are payable and what do I do next?

Upon signing the tenancy the administration fee is payable which is £35.00.  4 weeks prior to the start of your tenancy agreement you will be required to pay the bond and 4 weeks rent.

Will the Tenancy Dates be Flexible?

The dates are flexible and will try to suit your needs; if you need to extend the tenancy at the end we will do our best to accommodate you.

How long will the tenancy agreement?

50 Weeks

Are bills included?

In most properties bills are exclusive

Can I book for my next year?

Yes, as soon as we start to re-let you can book.

What happens with maintenance issues?

We have our own in house team and have a 24 hour emergency call out service.  We guarantee all issues are resolved quickly
